Delivery Information

Despatch

For all stocked items, orders will normally be despatched within 2 working days from receiving an order. 

How long will it take before I can enjoy my High Water Hard Seltzer?  Delivery is normally between 1-3 working days from dispatch.

Can I order from outside the UK? We only ship our products to the UK for the time being.

Delivery

All our deliveries must be received by a person over 18 years of age and proof of such may be required by our courier. 

Returns and Refunds

We will always aim to deliver our drinks in the best possible condition but we accept that accidents may sometimes occur.  We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery if the product is received damaged, defective or is not the item you ordered. If you have changed your mind, let us know within 30 days of receiving the item and if we get it back in the same condition as it was received, we will process a full refund.

Starting a return

If you would like to return an item, please email us on hello@drinkhighwater.com with your reason and please attach any relevant and supporting photos. 

Your responsibilities

Please ensure that any returned products are contained in their original packaging or otherwise appropriately packaged.  

If the products are not in the same state as you received them and they cannot be resold, it may not be possible to accept the return or we may deduct from your refund the difference in the loss of the items value.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Missing or late refunds
After having checked your bank account, please contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted and processed by your bank.

Cancelling a return/refund

Just let us know on hello@drinkhighwater.com within 48 hrs of starting a return and we can cancel the process.

 

Your statutory rights are not affected by this returns policy.
